• When you first start shopping with us, make sure you add to cart your packing and shipping cost. After you had paid for the item, please fill in our booking form or you can do this first before you done your shopping.
• WE ASK YOU TO CHOOSE AND PAY PACKING AND SHIPPING FOR SMALL BOX FIRST although you might had a big item in your wish list. If you need to up grade you box later, we will send you an invoice for the differences for the price of the boxes. We don't want you to pay more for your box then you should do to keep your cost as low as possible.
• You do not need to fill in your box after first time shopping. You can keep coming back and keep hunting and find any bargain that you like to fill your box as we fill in our product here every week.
• We will send you your confirmation 48 hours after your first shopping regarding your shipping. All your item that you buy will then enter your box and we will send you information about how much space you had in your box and either you want to fill in more or you want to close your box.
• Please note that we ship our customer order once a month. Please refer to packing and shipping info.
• If you had any wish list, do fill in our wish list form and we will try to hunt and get a bargain for your wish list item. If we find any item from your wish list, AND IF YOU HAD PAID FOR PACKING AND SHIPPING,  we will then email the item we found which match your wish list before we put in our shopping cupboard. This to ensure that our customer that already book their packing and shipping will get the first priority.
• We will keep up to date with you regarding your shipping items until your order reach your door step.
